The First Annual Fraud Street Run is officially over and we have deemed it a “huge success” and also a lot of fun. Thank you to all the incredibly generous, and kind people who donated over $56,000 to Philabundance, not only in Philly but around the country and overseas. We also donated an additional $9,300 from shirt sales that you wonderful and very stylish people made possible with your support.
Congratulations to all of those who participated in the run, you crushed it! We had people run, bike, hike, walk, and blade all over the US and abroad with China, Germany, and the UK checking in. We enjoyed many laughs from super creative folks who found other “Four Seasons” hotels and similarly-named businesses and used them as the focal points for their runs. Outstanding work!
Super big virtual hugs to Team Philly Fraud — Gerard, Jen, Rebecca, Jon, and Kelly — for all the help and good advice. Thanks to RunGo for the awesome race app. Thanks to the very accommodating folks at the Four Season Hotel and our new awesome friends at Four Seasons Total Landscaping. They helped keep things fun. Thanks to the local and national media for helping spread the word. Thanks to scenic Tacony, Bridesburg, and Port Richmond for letting us pass through. And most importantly, thanks to all of you for your support and for putting up with this not-fully-thought-out event
Stay positive, take care of each other, and here’s to good things happening in 2021.
Go Philly. We love you guys, Jeff and Chip
